The Deluxe Suite offered such a lovely atmosphere. It felt spacious with a charming decor. Location stands out with convenient access to shops and restaurants right around the corner. Enjoyed having fresh milk provided. it's a small but thoughtful touch. there were cleanliness issues. The sofas had noticeable stains and the bathroom bin contained used sanitary products, which made it feel unhygienic. a lack of clear instructions for using the TV and Wi-Fi left us a bit puzzled.

The accommodations had a strong historic character, and the spaciousness made it quite comfortable for our group. Plus, the open-plan living area and quality bathroom facilities added a nice touch to our stay.
Unfortunately, the bed size in the Junior Suite was misleading. it was just a standard double instead of the promised large double bed, which wasn't accommodating for sharing. Cleanliness could use some work too. I noticed stains on the carpets and upholstery in our room. Plus, the checkout process left a bit to be desired with some confusion around key fobs, and attempts to reach management for clarity could be frustrating due to communication delays. Finally, there's no air conditioning, which made the heat a bit unbearable at times. it would be great if they addressed these temperature control issues.
